That Extra Pair of Robot Arms You've Always Wanted

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has introduced a should-mounted robotic limb which enables users to manage multiple tasks at the same time as if they have an arm of extra.

This shoulder robot uses two arms mounted on your shoulder, and the complete system weighs about 10 pounds. It can predict the action of the user with a system called Inertial Measurement Units, IMUs.

From now on, you don't have to worry about the awkward situations, such as when you want to open a door but with both hands occupied.
